These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LiftLog application ("the app"). By downloading or using LiftLog, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LiftLog for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You are responsible for any activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
LiftLog Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store account.
You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, disrupting its operation, reverse engineering it, or uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content to community features.
You retain ownership of the content you create. By publishing a workout to community features, you grant other users a license to view and download it within the app. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior in community features. You agree not to publish content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
You can report any workout using the "…" menu on it, and you can block a user so you no longer see their content. Reported content is hidden from you immediately; content flagged by multiple users is removed automatically.
We review reports and remove violating content, and may suspend or remove the accounts of users who post it, typically within 24 hours. By using community features you agree to these terms.
LiftLog is a fitness-tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program. You use the app and perform any exercises at your own risk.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
